The confidentiality of the Whistleblower’s identity will be fully protected. The report must also include the identity of the S2P employee suspected of involvement in fraudulent or corrupt practices, such as name, phone number, e-mail address, type of violation committed, and any supporting information or evidence. The report must be prepared and submitted truthfully, without coercion, and must not conceal any facts or material information. All reports received will be treated confidentially and processed based on the presumption of innocence. Any report proven to be accurate will receive appreciation from S2P. Conversely, if a report is proven to be false, the Whistleblower may be subject to sanctions in accordance with the applicable regulations.
