PT Sumber Segara Primadaya shows a real commitment to developing human resource capacity through the implementation of leadership training with the theme "Leading & Managing into Success" on June 25-26, 2025. This activity was held together with the UI Leadership & Development Center (UI LDC) which is a professional training institution from the University of Indonesia with a strong track record in developing managerial and leadership competencies in various sectors.

This training was created to equip participants with the strategic leadership skills and managerial abilities necessary to face the challenges of the increasingly complex world of work. With a focus on developing a mindset as a visionary leader, the material also includes effective communication skills, informed decision-making, and the ability to build and manage teams towards achieving common goals. All sessions are structured in an interactive and practice-based manner, so that participants can directly relate learning to the context of their respective work.

During the two days of implementation, participants participated in a series of intensive learning guided by professional facilitators from UI LDC. Through group discussion methods, case studies, and real-life situation simulations, participants are invited to have an in-depth understanding of how to manage change, inspire teams, and create a productive and collaborative work environment.

With the implementation of this training with the theme "Leading & Managing into Success", PT Sumber Segara Primadaya hopes to produce internal leaders who are not only adaptive and competent, but also able to bring positive change and encourage long-term success in the organization.
